Photo requirements

For the best possible results, please provide separate photos of each person, taken in good, clear lighting. Avoid filters, heavy edits, or anything covering the face or body, as these can affect the final quality of your portrait.

Please don’t send group photos, as the quality usually drops too much when merging or enlarging them.

I can work from older photographs if that’s all you have just make sure the image is as clear as possible, and feel free to message me first so I can check if it’s suitable.

Return and refund policy

All portraits are custom-made with care and attention to detail, so returns and refunds are not available.

I’m happy to make minor adjustments free of charge to ensure you’re completely happy with your finished piece. If an error occurs on my part, I’ll correct it at no cost to you.

However, if you wish to change a photo after work has already started, a fee equal to half the original portrait cost will apply to cover the additional time and editing required.
